arrival

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check-in, relax and prepare for your visit. If you should arrive late, your treatment will end as previously scheduled to ensure the satisfaction of all guests. For the relaxation of all our guests, Deva Spa is a cell phone and pager free environment.

parking

Parking is available just to the left of the entrance of Out N About Treesort.  As you walk into the resort, follow the gravel drive to the right of the main lodge and then straight back.  The stairs for Deva Spa are to the right of the outhouse-style restroom.

cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled service(s).  Appointments booked within 24-hours are also charged in full if cancelled.  All spa services and packages require a credit card or prepayment to hold appointment.

recommendations

Drink plenty of water before and after all spa services.  Please inform therapist of any medical conditions or medications prior to treatment.

children, cell phones & beepers

In keeping with the serene and peaceful environment of Deva Spa, please consider leaving small children, cell phones, and beepers at home so that you and other guests may relax without noise or interruption.

service gratuity

Gratuities are not included in pricing, and are given at your discretion.  Fifteen to twenty percent is customary.  A 20% gratuity will be applied to groups of three or more.

gift certificates

Gift certificates for all services are available in any denomination, with an expiration of one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates are also subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

product returns

All product purchases may only be exchanged for spa credit to be redeemed towards future product purchases or spa treatments.

forms of payment

Out N About guests may charge any services and products to their room.  Personal checks are accepted with identification and are subject to a $25 return fee.
